When I saw this book, I knew I had to have it! Susie's New Stove was published in 1950.
It is a fun little cookbook for children with some simple recipes.
It also features NINE different aprons in the illustrations.
Aren't the pictures too too??!!
I can't stand it. I love these illustrations.
A and I have started our "Two Make a Pair" project so stay tuned to see some socks!
I have also been working on my spinning technique. It had been a
long time since I used my wheel and I was not thrilled with the yarn I
spun for Ps heart socks. I think what I am spinning now with the rest
of the turquoise and red rovings will be softer and fluffier.
